■ MOSSLEY were held by Nantwich in a dour goalless draw.
The first half saw chances at both ends with Mossley keeper Fin Madigan, making only his second NPL appearance, producing a fine stop from a ball that looked to be looping in while, at the other end, Will Shepherd, Alfie Belcher and Reece Webb-Foster all tested Scott Moloney in the Dabbers’ goal.
The second-half saw much of the same as both sides jostled for possession and opportunities.
