BASHLEY travelled home a happy side after ending their nine-match winless run, leaving Exmouth bottom of the table and still seeking their first home win of the season.
The pitch held up well but neither side was able to dominate and it was no surprise the sides went into half-time goalless.
Exmouth probably had the better of the chances and had the first real opportunity, but Ben Steer was denied by Ross Casey.
