DESPITE their place in the division’s relegation zone, VCD Athletic rallied together to record an emphatic win against Sheppey United.
Simply put, it was an avalanche of goals in South East London, started by Dami Olorunnisomo, before goals from Reece Deakin and Harry Lawrence secured a 2-1half-time lead for the hosting Vickers.
In the second period, just seven minutes separated strikes from Cameron Andrews and Ben Fitchett, before Alfred Evans made it 5-1in a head-spinning contest.
