■ THE GREEN LIONS’ secured their first win of the season at Horndean
Sam Murray headed home from close range there minutes in to hand Guernsey an early lead after a strong start. Horndean drew level on the half hour mark, as a nice switch of play from Dyer found Blankson on the right, who controlled the ball well before burying home into the bottom left to square the scoreline.
