CLEETHORPES extended their lead at the n top to four points after a comfortable win at Brighouse.
The hosts found a way through the away back-line in the 42nd minute when the hosts failed to deal with a dangerous corner that was flicked on to Callum Foster, who opened the scoring.
A brilliant individual goal from Curtis Bateson doubled the Owls lead just before the hour mark. He picked up the ball on the left before going past his defender and firing the ball into the net.
