ENFIELD moved into the top ten on Saturday with a hard-fought win against Hadley, sending the Bricks down to sixth.
Hadley started brightly, with Billy Hayes putting in a great cross to Isaac Stones in the 11th minute. However, Stones’ effort was well saved by Enfield keeper Lamar Johnson.
Just two minutes later, Hedley Ogbebor’s close-range header was denied by Johnson again. George Alfieri also had a chance but fired high.
