■VAUXHALL Motors secured victory over Wythenshawe in the Northern Premier League West Division to move within four points of leaders Widnes.
The fifirst half saw both teams struggle to break the deadlock, with neither side able to create clear chances. However, the visitors found their rhythm after the break, with Nathan Corness opening the scoring in the 53rd minute.
Vauxhall remained in control, their second coming in the fifinal ten minutes when Josh Qarless was perfectly positioned to double their advantage, securing all three points.
