Lewis Gibbens opened the scoring for the visitors after 20 minutes, latching onto a loose ball before placing it into the bottom corner past Dan Moore.
The Doughboys equalised after 55 minutes when Will Jones surged into the box before squaring to Danny Draper who turned on a sixpence to fifinish 12 yards out.
