CONCORD were much improved from recent performances and looked the more likely team to take the lead early on. A left-sided move found Simo Mbonkwi striking on target only for it to hit Owen Bellamy, his teammate keeping it out the Tilbury goal.
The visitors grew into the half and forced Harry Seaden into a pair of wonderful saves. First an acrobatic tip over the bar from Lewis Clark’s close-range header, then diving to put a stop to an Alex Hernandez volley.
