The first half was a quiet affair, with the Ammies keeper Kyle Haslam making a couple of good saves to deny James Dwyer and Liam Ellis.
But the game exploded into life in the final ten minutes – the hosts broke the deadlock through Michael Ibeto’s bullet header from Louis Corrigan’s free-kick.
