WALTHAM Abbey,who finished with nine men, picked up three points as they closed the gap on Brentwood Town in a stormy encounter at Capershotts.
The first flare-up came in the 17th minute when the Abbots’ Hassan Nalbant el bowed Taylor Curran and was shown a straight red card.
