BECKENHAM Town took
■ all three points from their visit to Littlehampton Town. There was some controversy about the Becks’ opening goal, but it concerned only whether it was Louis Theophanous or Jack Holland who got the last touch, and it was credited to the former.
The lead lasted only five minutes, Josh Short’s speculative shot taking a deflection to beat Mitchell Beeney.
Midway through the second half, Stevie Townsend shot, but the Golds’ stopper Keiron Thorp produced a magnificent save.
