AYLESBURY lost ground on the play-offs after a thumping loss at Beaconsfield.
After a tightly contested opening, the hosts took the lead through Josh Marcon, who found spaced on the edge of the box and curled a stunning effort into a bottom corner in the 28th minute.
From then on the game belonged to the hosts, who went two ahead in the 37th minute when Joe Lawal was brought down in the box – he stepped up to slot his penalty into a bottom corner.
