■ LEIGHTON swept Hertford aside in a battle of two mid-table sides.
After a goalless first half, the game sparked into life in the 51st minute when Kyal Williams hammered home the opener back across the helpless James Callan in goal.
Things then got even better for the home fans, as practically from the restart, Godlove Oppong struck the travelling Blues with a second.
