■EMLEY were too good for neighbours Bradford Park Avenue in this derby as they continued their pursuit of leaders Cleethorpes.
The Pewits took control from the moment Hayden Lindley scored a spectacular opening goal from 25 yards after 28 minutes.
Avenue’s afternoon worsened when Keenan Ferguson was sent off as punishment for hauling back Amir Berchil, and the winger inflicted further woe when he teed up Belchior Rodrigues to make it 2-0.
