■ BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent weathered early pressure from Walthamstow before running out comfortable winners.
The opening goal came after 22 minutes, Shane Temple netting from close range after a cross wasn’t dealt with.
Three minutes later, Dan Rowe was on had to finish off after David Hughes had been unable to hold onto the ball.
Soon after the resumption, Jake Clowsley harassed a Stow defender into an error, ran into the box and fired past Hughes.
It might have got even worse for Walthamstow, but they were saved when an offside flag cancelle...
