■ BASHLEY squeezed out only their second home point and second home goal of the season despite playing for 71 minutes with ten men.
The controversial flashpoint came when Bashley’s Jamie Power collided in an airborne challenge with Max Cook and referee Robert Ablitt flashing an instant red card.
After that it was a scramble of a game. Mousehole’s away record is as poor as Bashley’s is at home so the Seagulls saw a ray of sunshine when Ed Harrison put them ahead five minutes after the break with a smart overhead kick.
