■SHEPPEY United con-their strong form tinued with a home victory over East Grinstead Town, who showed early promise under new management but were ultimately undone by the hosts’ attacking quality.
The visitors defended resolutely for the first ten minutes, with goalkeeper O’Donovan producing fine saves to deny Jacob Lambert and Dami Olorunnisimo. However, in the 11th minute, Michael Ademiluyi’s dazzling footwork on the right created space for a low cross that Lambert calmly turned home from close range to give Sheppey the lead.
