■ LEVERSTOCK deserved a draw against high-flying Ware, but were beaten by two headers from set-pieces.
Joe McCarthy had a couple of early near misses, but Ware took the lead in the 23rd minute as Theo Ofori headed in off the post from a corner.
Leverstock almost equalised immediately as Jeffrey Sekyere’s shot was saved, but a minute later Sekyere levelled the scores with a deft chip over the keeper.
Leverstock were caught cold in the opening minute of the second half as Joshua Okotcha headed home a free-kick.
