■ A PENALTY apiece saw Herne Bay share the points with Faversham.
It was the hosts who took a narrow lead into the break after a pulsating first half.
Former Bay player Harrison Pont brought down Kamani McFarlane, who dusted himself down and converted the resulting spot-kick to put them in front.
The second half continued to produce end-to-end football, but it was another penalty that preserved the visitors’ unbeaten record.
