GRIMSBY Borough’s trip to Heaton Stannington will need to be replayed after the match was abandoned in the 24th minute.
Despite the short spell of action, the early stages were packed with incident.
The hosts struck first after 13 minutes when Joe Shepherd headed home from an inswinging corner, capitalising on a mix-up between the Grimsby defence and their goalkeeper.
