HORNDEAN made it two wins on the bounce in the league for first time this season, thanks to Ewan Lynch whose first-half opener proved to be the difference against Met Police.
The Met were off to a bad start, being reduced to ten men as Simba Kudyiwa was shown a straight red after 17 minutes for a late challenge.
Horndean would make the Police pay just shy of the half hour mark, as Lynch got on the end of a ball in behind to convert past Beach and open the scoring.
