Concord Rangers‘ first game after back-to-back relegations is home to Bury Town.
Bury lost in the play-off semi-finals to Brentwood Town last term, having finished 2nd in Isthmian League North.
Brentwood, meanwhile, are away to Essex rivals Redbridge on day one. It’ll be Redbridge’s first match on their new 3G surface.
Newmarket Town are the only newly promoted side on the opening day. They travel to Felixstowe & Walton United, who missed out on the play-offs last season.
The other three promoted from Step 5 – Mildenhall Town, Sporting Bengal United and Tilbury – all begin with a home fixture. Mildenhall host Grays Athletic, Sporting Bengal play Waltham Abbey, who have transferred from the Southern League, and Tilbury take on Ipswich Wanderers.
Haringey Borough, relegated from Isthmian League Premier, are at Basildon United on day one while Julian Dicks’ Heybridge Swifts host Cambridge City, who have transferred from the Northern League.
The remaining matches see Brightlingsea Regent host Witham Town, Walthamstow face Gorleston and Wroxham home to Maldon & Tiptree.
