ESSEX SENIOR LEAGUE

■ THE Essex Senior League kicks off its 51st season next weekend hoping, like almost all competitions in the NonLeague game, that it gets played to a conclusion next spring.
Following the Football Association restructure, Hashtag United won promotion to the Isthmian League and Hadley were transferred to the Spartan South Midlands League. Joining are Athletic Newham, FC Clacton, Little Oakley, Stanway Rovers and White Ensign.
