FAKENHAM Town have appointed player Alex Walpole as manager after Andy Cunningham stepped down after six seasons with the Eastern Counties Premier Division side.
Walpole got the call after long-serving Cunningham left the Daly Group Stadium due to work commitments.
The backroom team of Neil Jarvis, Stephen Harvey, and Alan McRoberts will remain in place.
