RICHARD Pacquette is urging young players not to ‘sprint before they can jog’ as he prepares for his second season in charge of Harefield United.
Striker Pacquette made his debut for QPR as an 18-year-old a quarter of a century ago and went on to carve out a successful career across the EFL and Non-League ranks.
