PETER GILBERT has signed a short-term contract with Conference Premier club Lincoln City.
The left-back, who includes Plymouth, Sheffield Wednesday, Northampton and Southend United among his former clubs, initially arrived at Sincil Bank on a short-term deal earlier this season.
He has since made four appearances for the Imps but has missed their last two fixtures through injury.
Gilbert’s contract commits him to City until January 2, 2013.
