The NLP’s National League Team of the Day April 9

TRANMERE ROVERS’ hat-trick heroes Cole Stockton and Connor Jennings both booked their places in our National League Team of the Day after helping demolish Solihull Moors.

Moors were thrashed 9-0 at Prenton Park with Stockton netting his treble in the first-half while Jennings’ three goals came after the interval. They were joined up top in our side by Bromley’s Tobi Sho-Silva.

Boss John Still oversaw a crucial 4-1 victory for his Dagenham & Redbridge side at Macclesfield Town as the Daggers strengthened their play-off position.

Jordan Maguire-Drew climbed off the bench to net two late goals for Dagenham and he earned a spot in our midfield four alongside York City’s Danny Holmes, Bruno Andrade of Boreham Wood and Forest Green winger Shamir Mullings.

Dependable Paul Farman was handed our number one shirt after helping Lincoln claim a slender 1-0 victory at Eastleigh while centre-half Sean Raggett was also picked after he scored the winner.

Raggett was joined in our back three by Maidstone United’s Kevin Lokko and Southport scorer Neil Ashton.
