KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS winger Marvin Johnson has committed himself to the club for next season.
The 22-year-old joined Harriers from Romolus back in early 2012 and went on to make 12 appearances for them in the second half of the 2011/12 campaign.
He was a regular in their side last term, featuring over 40 times and contributing six goals.
Johnson is focused on improving on that in 2013/14 and told the club’s website: “I know what I’ve got to do next year and what I’ve got to achieve – I haven’t got to worry about anything else and can just get my head right.
“I am happy here and have enjoyed it here, everyone knows that.
“This year hopefully I can sustain myself and keep myself in the team.”
Steve Pitt lavished praise on his Braintree bravehearts as a late Aidan Francis-Clarke brace turned this relegation battle on its head and earned the Iron a huge three points in the battle to beat the drop.
Luke Garrard expressed frustration at his side’s inability to churn out consistent performances as they fell to an assured and confident Tamworth victory, which saw Andy Peaks’ side record their second double in a week.
