WE’RE totalling up the final week’s scores for the March FNL Manager of the Month competition and it looks like it is going to be a close run thing.

Bishop Whitby are leading the way with 2,425 points, some 55pts ahead of ForestGulls Utd and 70 clear of Boston Pilgrims.

In last week’s update, ending Saturday March 22, our leader was back in 15th place, but a massive 555pts gathered over the next seven days has launched them into a chance of winning this month’s £100 prize.

Indeed, the top ten in the March Manager of the Month is covered by just 123 points and with the end-of-the-month league leader/bottom club bonus points to be awarded it promises to be a tight finish.

Today’s update covers the period between Sunday March 23 to Saturday March 29.

Here is a summary of the top three teams going into the final week: 1 Bishop Whitby 2,425pts (339th); 2 ForestGulls Utd 2,370pts (470th), 3 Boston Pilgrims 2,355pts (245th).

The top three teams who have scored the most points over the past seven days are: 1. BrotherGrim 605pts (555th), 2. Mullered 582pts (777th), 3. Ossett Onlys 569pts (775th).
