KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS and AFC Telford United have both climbed off the bottom of their respective leagues after wins on Tuesday night.

Kiddy, who won 2-0 at Boreham Wood on Saturday, made it back-to-back victories in the National League at Aggborough, overcoming Eastleigh 3-2.

Luke Maxwell, who recently signed for Championship club Birmingham City for £75,000, scored the opener before Harry White made it two.

Experienced striker James Constable looked to have denied Harriers with two goals in the second half but a 74th minute Arthur Gnahoua strike ensured another three points for Kidderminster. The win moved them above Torquay United on goal difference.

And in the National League North, Telford thrashed FC United of Manchester 5-1 to move up to 20th and are now only in the relegation zone on goal difference.

John Cofie opened the scoring for the Bucks and Lucas Dawson doubled the score from the spot after winger Sam Madeley – who was forced to go in goal to replace the injured David Carnell – was sent off.

Dave Hibbert and Dwayne Samuels made it four after the break and Sean Clancy scored the Bucks’ fifth late on after George Thomson netted a consolation for the Red Rebels.
