FC HALIFAX TOWN gave their survival hopes a massive boost with the 1-0 win at Forest Green Rovers on Saturday and manager Jim Harvey was deservedly named our Top Boss.
The Shaymen know a win against Macclesfield on Saturday will see them remain in Non-League’s top flight and Halifax midfielder Kingsley James was also included in our lineup.
He was put in a midfield five with Jordan Sinnott of Altrincham, Southport’s Gary Jones, John Rooney of Chester and Gateshead’s two-goal man Josh Gillies.
Boreham Wood picked up a crucial 1-0 win against relegation rivals Guiseley and James Russell was picked as our top keeper.
Callum Reynolds also made it into our back three alongside Mark Phillips of Braintree and Gateshead’s Ben Clark.
James Norwood netted a late winner for play-off hopefuls Tranmere at Eastleigh and he was joined up top by Braintree forward Michael Cheek, who scored twice at Wrexham.
