NORTH FERRIBY UNITED manager Steve Housham was named our Top Boss after his side shocked title chasing Forest Green Rovers to give their faint survival hopes a boost.

The Villagers won 1-0 at The New Lawn thanks to Reece Thompson’s second-half strike and keeper Owen Evans earned a spot in our team with his performance in Gloucestershire.

The National League’s top scorer Ricky Miller scored twice for Dover against Gateshead and he was partnered up front by Dagenham’s Corey Whitely and Kevan Hurst of Guiseley.

Lee Vaughan, via some deflections, netted Tranmere’s winner at Wrexham and he earned a spot in our midfield four alongside Maidstone’s Stuart Lewis, Aldershot goal hero Kundai Benyu and Mitch Hancox, who scored a hat-trick for Macclesfield Town.

Chester’s Ryan Astles and Sean Raggett of Lincoln, regulars in the Team of the Day this season, featured again in defence and they were joined by Terell Thomas of Woking.
