WELCOME to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2016/17. Today’s update covers the seven-day period Sunday 16th April 2017 through to Saturday 22nd April 2017. This update features the very busy Easter period and that has meant there has been plenty of points up for grabs.
We have just eight days left of our final Manager of the Month of this FNL season. The April 2017 competition is turning out to be quite a high scoring game.
Leading the way at the moment is JimaHojo United who have so far, this month scored 2,398pts. He is currently 87pts ahead of second placed The Smurfs and 89pts ahead of third placed The Goaldiggers.
The top ten is covered by just 118pts so it’s going to be an interesting last eight days and it may come down to who has the most teams in the lower leagues who are taking part in the play-offs.
Please remember that the play-off games are treated as league games and the only bonuses available is for the actual team that wins the play-off final and then gets promoted.
At the bottom of the April 2017 Manager of the Month table is Richard’s Losers who has scored just 664pts and is 87pts adrift from his nearest challenger Bottom Scent. The bottom ten is covered by 193pts.
Next week’s update will be eight days as the final day of April 2017 is a Sunday. Also please note that the FNL Mini-League and FNL Texting update that are released with today’s update will be the last ones until after the end of the competition in the middle of May 2017.
