EBBSFLEET UNITED have signed Scunthorpe United striker Matt Godden ahead of their home game with Hyde this weekend.

The 21-year-old has joined the Fleet on a one-month loan – his second spell in Non-League this term following a stint at Gainsborough Trinity in August.

He featured four times for Trinity before returning to Glanford Park with an injury.

Gooden will be hoping nothing curtails his time at Ebbsfleet and could be in line to make his debut in the Blue Square Bet Premier this weekend.
