RAMPANT Bowers & Pitsea put injury-ravaged Romford to the sword.
On two minutes, Lewis Clark tapped home from a free-kick headed across goal. Romford’s Ayo Olukoga fired over. but Bowers scored next, Tony Stokes heading in a corner.
It was three just before the break when Ben Sartain converted a Stokes cross. Then James Thomas’ low free-kick crept in at the far post.
For Romford, Greg Akpele’s header was marvellously saved and Nick Reynolds had his effort ruled out for offside.
