OXFORD CITY and Bath City shared the spoils at Marsh Lane as Matt Paterson’s penalty 15 minutes from time cancelled out Ross Stearn’s 45th minute strike.
A number of half chances dictated the first half. On 16 minutes, David Pearce was played through by Rob Sinclair for the hosts and his shot was deflected over the bar.
Just four minutes before the break, Stearn found himself through on goal in the box but was unable to direct his effort goalwards.
