CARLTON Town gained revenge for an early season home defeat with victory at fellow strugglers Wisbech Town.
The strong wind blowing diagonally across the pitch made it difficult for both teams but it was Wisbech who had the best of the early exchanges. However, it was the visitors who struck first after 34 minutes. A long throw found the head of Oliver Clark, and looped over Fenmen goal-keeper Dan Swan and nestled in the far corner.
