DARTFORD secured victory in their last home game of 2018, beating Hungerford amidst some controversy .
The hosts dominated the early proceedings against a Hungerford side who have now only won one of their last seven league games.
Dartford went ahead on ten minutes when Jamie Philpot headed in Ben Greenhalgh’s freekick, his fifth league goal of the season.
Hungerford’s early attempts were often long-range efforts, with Darren Foxley pulling a shot wide on 19 minutes.
