LOWESTOFT eased their relegation fears with an impressive away win at in-form Tamworth.
The home side started positively and Janaai Gordon shot straight at Lowestoft keeper Elvijs Putnins, who also did well to deny Claudio Dias.
But it was the visitors who took the lead on 15 minutes, Joshua Curry heading home from a corner at the far post.
Tamworth looked for a response and Dias headed Jordan Clement’s whipped-in cross over the bar while Jack Concannon was denied by Putnins.
