SEDGE IN MOURNING

LIVERSEDGE are in mourning following the sudden death of assistant manager Simon Emery at the age of 46.
Emery has been with the Northern Counties East Premier Division outfit for six years after joining as No.2 to current manager Jonathan Rimmington.
He died in the early hours of November 27 after complaining of sudden pains in his chest.
His family have asked for each Premier Division team to supply a shirt with ‘Emery 2’ on the back to be displayed on his coffin, and several clubs including Bridlighton Town and Knaresborough Town have so far complied.
