TIGERS’ LOCKOUT LASTED 13 YEARS

AS a supporter of my home town team Bromley FC since I was eight years old (this is my 50th season), it’s been frustrating in not being able to watch them since February this year.
I can only imagine, therefore, what the fans and everyone connected with Gloucester City have been through for the last 13 years in not playing in their home city after the horrendous flooding.
So, I’m pleased they have now returned home to Meadow Park and wish them every success for this season and hope every level in Non-League will be able to fulfil their fixtures.
