JAY SAUNDERS doesn’t want to shout it too loudly but he reckons his new-look Margate squad can help the club make a noise again this season.
The Gate boss and his management team have tried to make the most of football’s enforced hibernation to ensure they’ve got the tools in place to start looking up the Pitching In Isthmian Premier table again.
With new arrivals like Ben Greenhalgh, Doug Loft, Lewis Knight, Sam Blackman, Dan Thompson and Montel Agyemang boasting higher level experience, Saunders and assistant Jamie Coyle have had a busy summer.
