■ OAKFIELDS played host to this FA Cup tie between Southern League Melksham Town and Toolstation Western League Shepton Mallet, with the hosts still in search of their first win of the season.
The first half may have been goalless, but it wasn’t short of action. In the space of 30 seconds Melksham had an effort cleared off the line following a corner, before Mallet went up the other end and hit a post.
