■ WILLAND started the brighter and should have been ahead before Glen Gould volleyed home from the edge of the area.
The half petered out, with both sides attempting to get supremacy.
The game came alive in the second half when Shepard lobbed the keeper to make it 1-1. Jack Rice bravely headed home at the far post to make it 2-1 to Willand, and Shepard then restored parity with a flicked header. Willand went ahead in the 85th minute when Will Richards volleyed home from a clever free-kick.
