AYLESBURY never looked back after taking a second-minute lead in a meeting of two Southern League sides.
From Max Hercules’ corner, the ball fell to Jack Wood, unmarked at the far post, and he calmly steered the ball home.
The Ducks were on top for much of the half, but paid the price for some poor finishing as the game moved into injury-time at the end of the first period.
