BASINGSTOKE eased into tomorrow’s draw for the second qualifying round with a comprehensive win over Western League Premier Division Bridgwater United.
Home hero Conor Lynch completed a hat-trick late on and could even afford to miss a penalty as Bridgwater finally succumbed to the constant pressure.
Bridgwater were not helped by having to play the last hour with ten men following the sending off of Mike Duffy for retaliation.
Lynch put Basingstoke ahead with a solo effort just before the break then made it 2-0 with a fine finish...
