ENFIELD Town survived a nervy last period to book their place in the second-qualifying round at the expense of Dereham Town.
The visitors from Norfolk started on the front foot with half-chances from Adam Hipperson and David Hinton, but were soon pushed back by their slicker opponents from one division higher.
Mo Faal’s dipping volley after nine minutes was brilliantly tipped over by Elliot Pride, but this was one day when Enfield’s much-admired striker was overshadowed – by teammate Andre Coker.
