KEV HAYES scored a brace and provided an assist to steer Stockton Town past Northern League Division One side Sunderland RCA.
Hayes and Mikey Roberts handed Stockton the lead in the first half, but the hosts responded and were level at the half-time break through Michael Colquhoun and Simon Jakab.
