Bell hits the right note for a replay

IT WAS honours even at Bridge Avenue as Hornchurch began their Cup campaign.
The early stages saw both goals largely untroubled, with long shots from Sam Higgins for the hosts and Nathan Frater for Rovers the only chances of note.
Barton shot-stopper Kyle Forster was called into action shortly after to tip over expertly from a powerful header from Higgins.
All the chances seemed to be falling to Higgins, who pounced on some loose play inside the Rovers area, but his low drive was deflected onto a post to safety.
